Comes complete with easy to use instuctions. Made of commercial vinyl in red and blue, can be applied by anyone to truck rear or side windows or looks real good on a white tailgate. Also suitable for use on any business glass or smooth painted surface. Will last for many years, just like the graphics used by most businesses on their vehicles. Can be easily removed by just peeling off (best to remove when warmed by the sun) Does not have a clear or white background, it is made of seperate pieces of red and blue only.
Also available in reverse, with star field on right. Can be used on the inside or on the sides of a vehicle paired with a regular flag.
